   Kama is an innovative workout program designed to develop core strength, muscular endurance, and overall better fitness. Kama's movements are inspired by Yoga, Pilates and the Martial Arts. This unique fusion of exercises fosters a complete transformation in your overall being.  It is Kickstart's goal to create healthy, positive habits and to kick bad ones.

Kama offers all clients a  Personalized Packet of your Fitness Profile, Workout and Nutritonal Plans. You will receive bi-weekly updates on your body composition, girth measurements, and nutritional guidelines. All workouts and nutrition plans are modified as you progress towards your goals- Fat Loss, Muscle Tone, and Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle.

I have been a Group Fitness, Personal Training Instructor and Pilates Instructor for 7 years, with experience in teaching Abs and Body Toning, Cardio Interval Training, Bootcamp style classes, Cardio Kickboxing and Pilates classes. I am also trained in running track, including running several 5k races and a Half-Marathon, in addition to extensive training in Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have also worked with a wide range of ages and abilities, including organizing a Youth Fitness Girls group. As a result, I have been able to develop a workout program that is effective and time-saving to reach your fitness and health goals.

Our facility located is in a private setting in Sandown, NH and we now offer Online Personal Training. We can discuss your preferences, goals, and availability together to create the workout plan that fits YOUR needs.
