Thai Peanut Noodles- Clean Version!

Thai food is definitely one of my vices. If I'm going out to eat, I will usually head to the nearest Thai restaurant and order Chicken Peanut with veggies. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. 

This led me to making my own, CLEAN, version of Thai Peanut Noodles- with less than 300 calories and minus having to order take out for the night. 

Use your favorite noodles or try Zero Calorie Shirataki noodles, and prepare as indicated by rinsing them thoroughly.  Warm for 1 minute in the microwave. Remove and add 2 tablespoons of Natural Chunky Peanut Butter or try 4 tablespoons of PB2 (dehydrated, low fat peanut butter) and a splash of unsweetened Almond Milk with 1-2 tablespoons of Bragg's Liquid Aminos (Low Sodium, zero calorie, soy sauce).

Add in a 1-2 cups of  steamed, oriental veggies (or any other vegetables you'd like!) and lean chicken or lean ground turkey - YUM :) I also enjoy adding in unsalted peanuts on top.

Looks good! I also love Thai food. Do you know if Shirataki noodles can be found at the grocery store or if they have to be ordered online?

Hey Ashley - thanks for checking out my site, I'm glad you like it! You should be able to find Shiriataki noodles at the grocery store. They sometimes place them in he Produce department because they're made of yam yeast. Check out the produce and gluten-free sections of your grocery store. Hope this helps :)
