Protein Harlem Shake

Protein Harlem Shake, 
inspired by these guys working out hard !

You can make your own Protein Harlem Shake with your very favorite ingredients - Bananas are always a good base, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, a handful of nuts and/or chocolate chips (have you used Enjoy Life's Mini Chips - they're dairy, nut and soy free - check them out here) , Almond or nonfat milk, and your favorite fruit! 

My cousin @racheltucks likes to add Greek yogurt, which tastes awesome, too. I've tried some variations with cottage cheese and berries that taste like cheesecake- check them out here
