Clean Iced Coffee

Summer time is iced coffee time - and if you want the tasty goodness of a fresh, iced coffee- but don't feel like making the drive to the nearest coffee shop, try this clean, low calorie version of a fresh iced coffee made right in your kitchen. 

There are several different reasons I don't like going out for an iced coffee: 

A. I don't feel like driving.

B. I don't want to keep spending money on my daily caffeine fix :) 

C. I can't drink the creamer/milk products most coffee shops put in coffees because I'm lactose intolerant.

D. I LOVE iced coffee in the summer, but don't love the added calories/sugar/fat that can be hidden in them. 

If ANY of those reasons apply to you, too (or all of them!) - then you want to definitely read on!

Start with having a cup or two of your favorite coffee frozen into ice cubes a few hours ahead of time -  I make mine the night before. 

When you're ready, heat up a fresh cup of Joe in your favorite blend, and pour in a large glass or mug. Add in 1 cup of Almond milk (or whatever dairy product you prefer!) and 6-8 of the frozen coffee cubes. 

Stir in 2 packets of Stevia in the Raw Sugar and serve chilled. 

How easy is that? Healthy, clean, low calorie and absolutely FREE. I hope you enjoy- let me know what you think :)

I am really interested in trying this but this might sounds silly but what does the term "heat up a fresh cup of Joe" mean?
