Dill Salmon Bake

clean eating salmon recipe

Here is a clean recipe favorite! As I have mentioned before in previous posts with healthy seafood recipes, like these Salmon Pockets or my Teriyaki and Mango Salmon Burgers, I am NOT the biggest fan of seafood. But, I still try to incorporate fish into my diet - and there have been some failures. Like the clean haddock bake I tried to make using Greek yogurt and almond flour.... yeah, that was pretty rough. I do try to get in my healthy omegas, though! Like these different variations on making tuna yummy

I am happy to say that I have another healthy seafood recipe that I am ready to share with you- and I think you will really like. Scratch that- LOVE. I mean, if I HATE seafood, but LOVE this recipe- than it has to be amazing, right?

Try it out for yourself:

Begin with laying out 2 pounds of salmon fillets in a 9x13 pyrex dish. Lightly coat the bottom of the dish with 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 2 teaspoons dill, and 1 squirt of lemon juice on each fillet.

Marinade for 2-3 hours, covered in the fridge.

Finally, remove and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes - until edges are slightly browned and you can peel away the meat with a fork easily.
