Aerial Yoga




Along with fitness and nutrition coaching, one of my major passions is Yoga. This new found love of Yoga has allowed me to be able to stretch and move in ways I haven't since I was five years old in gymnastics class!

Haven't done this since I was a kid!


Yoga is a nice, playful compliment to any workout routine - from stretching for runners to weight lifters. 


So, you can imagine my happiness when I started playing around with Yoga in the air. 


Aerial Yoga combines many different forms of exercise - depending on how you wish to workout. The swing allows you to deepen into your Yoga poses, challenge your Pilates movement, allow for cross training with suspension resistance training, explore gymnastic tumbling, and gives the joy of dancing in the air in aerial silks.

Aerial swings challenge both your mind and body as you explore inversions, flips, and stretches. It also is fantastic for increasing flexibility, and amazingly therapeutic for injured shoulders, hips and knees. 


I love the aerial swing as it is a dynamic workout for ANY body -regardless of size, shape, or athletic ability.

I have been studying aerial Yoga for almost a year now, and have started to share my joy of flying with others. I love the look of amazement and happiness on others' faces when they nail a pose or flip around with ease.
