Honey and Dill Carrots

Need a simple side dish or snack that's healthy and will satisfy your sweet cravings? Look no further - here is a simple, clean recipe for caramelized carrots.

Begin with a 20 ounce bag of baby carrots, chilled. Remove from bag, and pour into a large cooking pot 4-5 cups of water- you want to make sure carrots are completely underwater. Next, bring pot to boil for 5 minutes. Cover, and set to simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until carrots can be pierced easily with a fork. 

Next, remove water from pot carefully, leaving carrots inside. Evenly pour 1/2 cup of Organic Honey over carrots, stirring to ensure honey is evenly distributed. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of Dill over carrots, and serve warm.
