Clean Eating Snacks (Cheat Sheet)








One of the most common problems I run into with clients is how to manage eating healthy through out the work day without binging on junk or fast food. This post is dedicated to any one out there who struggles with preparing healthy, on the go snacks that are friendly to your healthy lifestyle. 

All the snacks listed are considered clean eating - that means, little to no processed foods. Larabars are mentioned in the list - they are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE on-the-go snack, made with only 3-4 wholesome ingredients like fruit and nuts, and come in a wide variety of flavors like Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip to Cherry Pie and Cashew Cookie. I highly recommend Larabars to all my clients when they struggle with eating healthy while being super busy.My personal favorite is Chocolate Chip Brownie - I have one every morning with my coffee.
