Love Your Workouts - Kama Fitness

Can you believe it's already July? 
Not to jinx anything, but it feels like not that long ago we were doing aerial in a blizzard.... 

Now that we are officially back from our vacation, Kama Fitness is offering a whole new and packed schedule for summer 2015. 

We've added both morning, afternoon, and evening classes so you can get your workout in whenever it's convenient for you -- PLUS -- We want you to LOVE your Workouts, so we've created schedule of unique and fun classes that will help you get stronger, leaner, and feeling in the best shape of your life!

The key to health is being happy and finding balance in your fitness routine. Kama Fitness is working to give you just that -- a healthy balance of strengthening classes like Barre, Pilates, and Yoga Flex with fat burning cardio classes like Aerial Dance, Bootcamp, Ballet Barre, and Hip Hop Yoga. Then, to help you unwind and relax, we've got you covered with our Aerial Yoga classes and Slow Flow that will leave you feeling stretched and awesome.
